[기도 요청] 이집트를 위해서 기도 해주세요!

난리와 난리 소문을 듣겠으나 너희는 삼가 두려워하지 말라 이런 일이 있어야 하되 아직 끝은 아니니라 민족이 민족을, 나라가 나라를 대적하여 일어나겠고 곳곳에 기근과 지진이 있으리니 이 모든 것은 재난의 시작이니라 (마 24:6-8) 

 

 

 

정말 난리입니다.  튀니지에 이어 이번에는 이집트를 올려 드려야할 차례네요...

 

우연히 접한 뉴스에 의하면 반(反)정부 시위가 격화되고 있는 이집트에서 28일 오후 수도 카이로를 비롯한 전국 곳곳에서 수만명이 참가한 대규모 시위가 이어지면서, 시위대와 경찰 간의 충돌이 빚어졌다고합니다.  대규모 반정부 시위대는 이날 정오 기도회를 마친 직후 거리로 나와 30년간 집권한 호스니 무바라크 대통령의 하야를 촉구하며 격렬한 시위를 벌이고 있다고 합니다.

 

이번 시위를 계획하고 또 확산하는 과정에서 인터넷 등 정보통신 수단이 큰 몫을 한 것으로 알려졌고, 지금 현재 이집트 정부가 이집트 내의 인터넷을 사용하지 못하도록 인터넷 서비스를 중지한 상태라고 들었습니다. 

 

아래 링크의 동영상 뉴스에서도 보도 되었지만 이것은 단순히 튀니지, 이집트 만의 문제는 아닌 것 같습니다.

그러기에 더욱 더 손 모아야 할 것 같습니다.
