Focus Activities and Events

 

Focus Activities Coordination Team (FACT) schedules events for the Young Adults of Focus with opportunities to fellowship every month through various venues and places. Many of these events were so popular that they became seasonal annual events, including Valentines Dinner Feast elegantly prepared by the men or women groups, White Water rafting and camping in West Virginia, and all the parties of the seasons for Thanksgiving, Christmas and the New Year’s Eve.

Met Café DC every Thursday night

In a beautiful restaurant just across the street from the White House and the Executive building on the corner of 17^th Street and F Street NW DC, we meet at the Met Café for dinner and worship. Bench Warmers band has been offering live performances as well as leading us with dynamic praises. We welcome all young professionals desiring to seek their happy hour seeking to know God more.

 

Location: 1725 F Street NW, Washington, DC

Time: 6:45pm for dinner, 7:30pm for worship

 

 

Focus Sunday Fellowship (FSF)

Gathering together for good food and discussions, FSF promotes opportunities for the Focus Young Adults to gather after the main service to fellowship with the activities prepared by FACT and leaders. Some light discussion topics in past have included: dating, financial stewardship, Spiritual gifts, lessons from the early church, relevant political issues and many more.
