Dave currently leads and is the founder of XEALOTS.ORG, a social profit venture, which catalyzes people and organizations to find their sweet spot. Dave is an executive advisor, confidant, and expert on culture and leadership, strategy and movements. He co-founded a social crowd-sourcing platform HOPEMOB.ORG, highlighted by Oprah and CNN. Dave leads NEWSONG, a global alliance of third culture communities in the US, Asia, Mexico, Brazil, India and the UK. Dave serves on the Board of Fuller Seminary.
He has authored, XEALOTS, a leadership primer for the next generation and also, The Monkey and the Fish: Liquid Leadership for Third Culture Leaders, an award-winning book which addresses critical aspects of leadership and cultural adaption, in the midst of economic, spiritual, political and cultural change.
