(2) Holy in His Sight, Be Holy to the World
(Colossians 1:15-23)

 I. Jesus is the Sum of All Things (vv.15-18)
He was the visible image of an unseen God
He is the head of the body, the church

 II. We are Reconciled to God through Christ (vv.19-20)
By Christ making peace through his blood, shed on the cross

 III. Once alienated from God, we are Holy to Him (vv.21-24)
Once evil but now Without blemish, free from accusation
Continue in your Faith amidst evil forces of this world
Paul became a servant of the Gospel

 IV. Application:
Were there ever times you felt separated from God because of something you’d done, either to yourself or to another?
Do feel as though you are of the Faith to withstand being in this evil world without being tempted and brought down by it? Why or why not?
