Hi Everybody,

I just wanted to write a brief update everyone on how things our going
with our outreach team to PNG. We just left yesterday and are
transiting through for a night in the Philippines before heading back
to Kona, Hawaii. Our time in PNG was amazing and we really saw God's
protection, faithfulness, and favor over our time there. We have been
so humbled by the beautiful hearts of the PNG people. They are such
warm, hospitable, generous people, and always willing to extend a hand
to help no matter what circumstances. They have such open and humble
hearts and our team always felt God's love through the love of the
people.

We were able to minister at different villages during our time in PNG
but also stayed for the majority of the time at one of the YWAM bases
in Yonki, PNG. God used us to bring hope, refreshment, and teachings
at different churches. We were also able to pray for the sick and
preach/evangelize on the streets freely. Unity and love were important
words God was speaking to us about before leaving for outreach as well
as continuing to show us the importance of it during our time in PNG.
There's so much more to write on, but God did amazing things during
our time in PNG. We as a team have been much changed and tearfully
parted with our contact and his family. They really became our family
and we will continue to be praying and communicating with them after
we left.

Once returning to Kona tomorrow, the student's have a week of debrief
to close up the school and then us as staff have another week to
debrief. I am hoping to be heading back to the Maryland/Virginia area
once the school finishes up. I can't wait to see those of you there
and thank you for keeping our team in your prayers. We have been so
covered in your prayer protection during this time and blessed in so
many ways.

Thank you!

Love,

Alice
