Why did the law become such a scary thing? God meant good when He gave us the law, but fallen people made it into something bad. How did they do that?
We still carry in us, even as Christians, the temptation to observe the law to become acceptable. Why do you think this is the case?
Discuss the positive aspect of keeping the law and the negative aspect of keeping the law.
