Correspondence Coordinator
Part-time: 8:30-12:30 Monday – Friday (hours not flexible)

Provide appropriate and timely responses to prisoners’ letters to Operation Starting Line (OSL), PF’s in-prison evangelical events.  Handle other prisoner correspondence as workflow allows.  Create standard responses for recurring inquiries.  Develop topical response packets, applying knowledge of available resources.  Schedule and supervise volunteer(s).


Planned Giving Administrative Secretary
FLEXIBLE 10-20 hours a week

Provide general administrative support to the Planned Giving department.  Duties to include but not limited to: answering the phone, faxing, filing, copying, monitoring & ordering of supplies, opening mail, sending out annuitant birthday cards, and assisting with reports.
