Correspondence Coordinator
Provide appropriate and timely responses to prisoners’ letters to Operation Starting Line (OSL), PF’s in-prison evangelical events. Handle other prisoner correspondence as workflow allows. Create standard responses for recurring inquiries. Develop topical response packets, applying knowledge of available resources. Schedule and supervise volunteer(s).
Full-Time: 8:30-5 – PF Correspondent
Review and respond to written correspondence received at the National Office using a variety of approved form letters and paragraphs and/or writing original letters. Assist in creating written outbound communications, including donor and volunteer acknowledgement letters. Data enter correspondence in iMIS (software) constituent records.
