Finance Assistant (Part time)
Summary: Maintain accounting functions for fixed assets. Assist supervisor with PF Corporate insurance issues. Reconcile accounting reports for various general ledger accounts. Assist supervisor in preparation of daily cash report requirements. Serve as backup for processing bi-monthly EFT (PAP) transactions through the iMIS software system. Serve as backup for departmental duties including reconciliation of cash with iMIS and Epicor documents; preparation of daily bank deposits; and entry of transaction to record NSF checks and/or rejected credit card transactions.
Receptionist (Part time)
Summary: Serve as initial point of contact in PF’s main entrance. Provide greeting and extend hospitality to guests, business associates, etc. Maintain general appearance and supplies in lobby and other assigned areas. Schedule guests and events for hospitality center. Provide administrative support for the bookstore and overall facility hospitality efforts. Provide guidance to hospitality volunteers. Assist supervisor with transition of hospitality services from Reston to Lansdowne location. Morning position: 8:00a.m.-12:30p.m.
Planned Giving Administrative Secretary (Part time)
Summary: Provide general administrative support 20 hours per week to the Planned Giving department including answering incoming phone calls, sending packages, preparing Finance copies, and tasks related to monthly annuity checks and employee payroll inserts. Process information related to the planned giving program.

Summary: Provide accurate and timely processing of PF payments to vendors. Track PF’s fixed assets. Maintain accurate and complete files. Obtain missing or corrected information when necessary. Handle purchase orders and other departmental activities.
Restorative Justice Assistant
Summary: Provide professional and administrative support for Prison Fellowship’s (PF) promotion of restorative justice. Maintain and enhance website efforts to provide subject matter expertise and numerous justice-related resources for the equipping of the Church. Executive Assistant - supporting the Senior VP of the Wilberforce Forum
Summary: Perform a variety of administrative and secretarial duties in support of the Sr. VP of the Wilberforce Forum. Will serve as the general inquiry point of contact for the division to internal and external customers. Organize work and communication flow to ensure timely responses and appropriate attention levels. Facilitate efficient completion of divisional projects.

Summary: Organize and implement PF’s product fulfillment and mass receipting processes, resulting in consistent, measurable and quality customer service. Includes Angel Tree (AT), BreakPoint (BP), direct marketing and volunteer recruitment/training materials. Work closely with contracted warehouse and fulfillment vendors. Provide technical assistance to staff and volunteers on materials ordering and usage. Monitor fulfillment expenditures.

Summary: Manages US Key Donor relationships and corresponding revenue associated with a portfolio of approximately 600 names in assigned geographic area. Develop and implement marketing impact strategies and initiatives while actively providing care and maintenance of existing Key Donor relationships as related to identifying, cultivating, soliciting and stewarding these relationships. Focus is on care and maintenance of existing relations, identifying potential new relationships, upgrading donors’ involvement, giving and retention. The position is based in the national office and does not involve travel.

Summary: Provides computer support to ministry staff end user community. Includes installing, moving, maintaining computer equipment and software for the staff in the field and national offices. Creates and maintains documentation for users and IT staff.

Summary: Using the instructional design processes, develop various course and program materials in support of Prison Fellowship’s (PF) strategic and tactical plans. Includes materials for both classroom and distance learning, including web and PC-based training. Audiences include participants, facilitators, and instructors. Key responsibilities include: needs assessment; research; setting objectives and measuring outcomes; developing initial detailed outlines; writing and proofreading; developing interactive activities; developing PowerPoint presentation; and interacting with subject matter experts (sme), PF staff and volunteers.

Summary: Work with internal and external creative staff to develop and ensure marketing-driven, consistent messaging for PF communications. Provide marketing expertise to ministry staff to clarify, develop and implement marketing communication (marcom) plans related to ministry programs. Also develop marketing for needs not related to a specific program (internal communications, corporate communications materials, etc.). Includes the launch and promotion various PF-wide initiatives. Supervise and mentor marcom coordinator in skill growth and development. Work closely with marketing operations team for assistance on project initiation, segmentation, analysis and job tracking. Identify and propose new audience segments.

Summary: Develop and implement processes, workflow, and procedures for Prison Fellowship’s CRM plan. Provide a complete, clean and integrated database of all external constituents. Supervise iMIS (software) job tracking, including comprehensive list segmentation requests. Oversee provision of technical and creative services (primarily through the internal functions) required for delivering individual projects which together comprise PF’s overall marketing and CRM plans. Direct workflow, production, and list utilization for marketing efforts. May include management of external services. Supervise analysis of certain marketing strategies and recommendations. Ensure PF staff is adequately trained regarding policies, procedures and issue resolution procedures for use of the iMIS constituent database in relationship building activities. Responsible for data base hygiene and processes to manage that function with other departments.
Director IFI Advancement
Summary: Manage donor relationships and corresponding revenue goals associated with existing and future InnerChange Freedom Initiative (IFI) locations. Ensure that Prison Fellowship's (PF) and IFI's vision, operations, and communications are integrated into a clear, consistent, and cohesive message. Implement strategies to identify, cultivate, solicit and steward donor relationships. Develop assessment models to assist with determining feasibility of IFI locations.
