Finance Assistant

Responsible for recording grants, trusts and gift annuities.  Process gift annuity checks from individuals and annuitants companies. Reconcile reports for GL accounts.   Assist supervisor in preparation of daily cash report requirements and insurance issues.   Serve as backup for iMIS data interface with Epicor.  Requires:  4 years relevant experience in finance or accounting; BS degree in accounting or relevant accounting coursework or equivalent experience; intermediate skills in MS Excel and Word, Outlook and Internet; analytical experience in reconciliation;  excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Accounts Payable Supervisor



Hands-on Accounts Payable Supervisor to manage AP function.  Responsibilities include:  A/P and A/R reconciliation to G/L; supervision of staff; expense report process; open receivables/payables accruals; vendor contracts and relationships; Gelco training and administration; deposits and journal entries; and A/P policies and procedures.  Requirements include:  3-5 years AP experience, including supervision and use of accounting software, or equivalent related coursework; intermediate MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet skills; and strong communication and administrative skills.  



Accounting Manager



Hands-on Accounting Manager to supervise operations of general accounting and accounts payable.  Responsibilities include:  supervision of staff; budget and forecasting; stock donation and pledges; office leases; and regulatory compliance on direct mail appeals.  Requires:  CPA, relevant bachelor’s degree, 5+ years accounting experience, including supervision; strong analytical and communication skills; and intermediate MSOffice skills.
